NY DOBERMANS have been carefully chosen from the finest European lines to have the best heath and temperament you can have in a doberman. Many American breeders are now starting to incorporate European lines with their American lines because they have seen the night and day difference among the two. So by incorporating the European lines they hope to make there breeding better while all they are doing is charging you more money for a dog because it has a hint of European lines in it. I have owned both lines myself and as they say "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" but after seeing first had the difference of the European doberman I would never go back.

My dobermans come from the best working/show cross. This not only makes the perfect family pet but also a protector of your family as well. All of my dogs are family raised and live in our home. They are all comfortable in any social situation you can put them in whether it be with children, large crowds or with other animals. The personal protection work we do with them is just simply a command they are in no way actually an aggressive dog. Our protection dogs are not just trained to know when to bite but when not to bite. Because we have been so careful when choosing our dogs to breed you are able to have the dog bitting the bad guy when told and then the same person can actually be their friend in the next second. Our dogs are the ideal protection dog — they are calm and friendly until a threat is revealed.

Beside it being so important for our dobermans to be able to fit into your family so well we also wanted to make sure when we picked our dogs to breed that you were not going to be at the vet all the time with them. All of our dogs have normal thyroids, are VWD clear, have excellent hips and elbows, and no Z factor ever. Unfortunately American dobermans are more prone to health problems such as cardiac problems, hypothyroidism, VWD, wobbler syndrome and hip and joint dysplasia. This is another why I have decided to breed only European lined dobermans.

I have searched for years to find the perfect dobermans to breed. It is important when you make an investment on a dog you find a breeder that stands behind what they breed and is not going to disappear on you and one who breeds responsibly and is only breeding to make the breed better-not to make a buck.
